Cal State Connect Master Class

This is a video recording of a master class I was asked to conduct by the CIO at the time. The presentation was for Cal State Tech Connect and the training session was on social style awareness and effective communication as a leader. The class covered concepts around listening, key word usage, and applying awareness concepts in the real world as well as aspect of emotional intelligence and staff and student training. I did this presentation with another peer, but this is my portion of the class. We conducted the class via zoom and had over 2000 logged in during the presentation. Easily the largest group I have presented for in this capacity.

(Not to include my time in DCI as a percussionist performing to stadiums full of fans, but that another story.)
