- Designed and implemented the Technology Service Desk Tech Connect Expansion in the Fresno State USU, creating a campus-wide and division-wide collaboration and training space. - 2026

- Designed and implemented KB “training ingestion” process for Technology Service Desk Bulldog Genie AI (To be rebranded Tech Visor.) - 2026

- Designed and implemented the new Fresno State Technology Service Desk office location in USU, now providing walk-in support, post covid19 - 2021

- Farmers Market POS (PCI compliant) / Cloud upgrade: Revel Systems iPad / Cloud-based system. ~ 2019

- Foster Farms Hatchery IP Security Camera Installation and custom CCTV server ~ 2019

- Industrial Technology Department Aweta Food Processor install technical advisor and technical support ~ 2018

- Rebranded the Technology Services Help Desk to the Technology Service Desk to align with ITIL standards, to include a complete overhaul of the internal process and workflows. Change is also better aligned with institutional goals and the departmental strategic Plan - 2015

- AG COLO Server Farm P to V consolidation: 15 Servers converted from Physical to Virtual/cloud, Zero downtime, 2-week time frame to completion ~ 2015

- Rebranded | Created the Technology Services department motto, User Focused, Service Driven", as used on shirts, and physical and electronic communication mediums. - 2015
